Eagle Island Lodge
Belmond's Eagle Island Lodge is situated on a private island in the Okavango Delta. The roomy and spacious deluxe tented suites are housed on raised wooden platforms shaded by a traditional African thatch roof, and each have their own rim flow pool and easy chairs.
Each room features an indoor shower, a walled outdoor shower with a window looking onto the Delta, as well as a large indoor bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. Plus a mini-bar, a safe and a hairdryer.
The bar and lounge area have uninterrupted views of the delta, there is a small library and complimentary same-day laundry service
Getting there
Eagle Island lodge has its own private airstrip and helipad. Flights from Maun take 20 minutes, from Kasane 85 minutes.
